Four generations of Pierces have developed Pierce's 1894's  unique dining areas. Each area has it's own personality and is rich in Pierce family history. Whether you are in search of an elegant romantic evening,  family or business dining, or just a casual night out in our lounge, Pierce's is able to provide you with a great atmosphere.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Room availability varys based on the season, the night, group size and other requirements of the evening. Some rooms are only available for private parties.

Hernandos Hideaway
This cozy dining room opened in the winter of 1997. Hernando’s Hideaway is a step back in time to the Finger Lakes region of yesteryear. Wonderful artwork by Joanne Smith of Elmira, transformed the White Wine Cellar into a most unique "hideaway". Hernando’s has become one of our most often requested private rooms and will seat up to eight guests, comfortably. See photo on top right.

1894 Room
Pierce’s banquet facility has seating for up to 135 guests and is located on the second floor. A dance floor is available, seating is then limited to 110 (max) (Not handicapped accessible). A lovely room with tapestry lined walls, banquette style seating, along with center of the room tables. Perfect for business meetings, seminars, office parties, wedding rehearsals, receptions and more. Full kitchen facilities and 2 full bars, make the "1894" perfect for large banquet planning.

Other rooms for dining include The Parlor, Village Room, Pine Room and The Crawford Lounge.

Wine Cellar Dining Room
A full service dining room, with service kitchen and bar, provides an atmosphere of privacy and elegance. Our Chefs have created wonderful menus to provide you with a most enjoyable dining experience. Please call to check the availability of the Wine Cellar Dining Room for your special occasion. Minimum of 10 - Maximum of 22 guests. See below photo.
