Its founders' great-great grandchildren now oversee the day-to-day operations and have become very much aware of their responsibility to continue to build the Restaurant's reputation for excellence in quality, value and service.

Pierce's 1894 features unique dining rooms, banquet facilities, and Hernando's Hideaway for your dining pleasure. Now featuring the Lounge & Bistro for casual dining, takeout, cocktails and specialty drinks. A relaxing atmosphere for a wonderful night out. We offer light courses, á la carte menu, fresh seafood daily, children's portions, our world famous Dessert Carte and daily market specials. Reservations recommended.
